If you are asked examples of crimes, probably the first that come to mind are injuries, robbery, theft, misappropriation, murder. But there are many more and some that we are not used to hearing either daily or in the news.

Today I present one of those and it is the crime of arbitrary realization of one's right, provided for in article 455 of the Penal Code.

What does the article have? "He who, to carry out his right, acting outside the legal channels, uses violence, intimidation or force in things, will be punished with a fine of six to twelve months."

MY Recommendation:

You should hire a breach of contract lawyer in Los Angeles so you can better make your business easy & confident to grow better.

This is what we usually refer to as "taking justice into their own hands."

They owe me 1000 euros and instead of claiming it in court, I appropriate a car from the debtor, for example.

We are facing a crime even if we believe that we have the right to do so.

Although the Criminal Code speaks of violence, intimidation, or force in things, the truth is that there are sentences in which this crime is convicted for mere appropriation even without the aforementioned circumstances.

So, be very careful because sometimes we act without knowing certain things and it is a risk and "ignorance of the law does not exempt from compliance"
